Inspired by the "Nature of Nature." This one of a kind vase was created from The Natural Artistry of Colorado.  The plant and flower specimens are collected from our Wilderness with the ministration of the wildcrafting by laws, many come from our cherished spring and summer gardens and even some are roadside grasses that are taken for granted as invasive weeds. These too are used for inspiration.

Alpine Luminary vessels are creations brought about by the layering of Oriental tissue and adhesive for the base color, the pressed flower arrangement, and then a final tissue layer to protect the image goes on top. This helps to protect the pressed flower image from any outside damage.

The beauty of an Alpine Luminary container is especially enhanced by a light source from within. This is acomplished by candlelight.They can make peaceful additions to any room, mediation space or nursery.

This Alpine Luminary vase can be gently washed, but do not let the outside paper soak. Pat all excess water away with a dry towel. The outer paper may appear milky when wet, but will return to clear when dry. To extend the beauty and liveliness or Alpine Luminary containers, keep out of direct sunlight.
